Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using the website of Kiwi Cleaning Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Kiwi Cleaning Company provides professional exterior cleaning services throughout San Diego County, including window cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, trash can cleaning, and dog waste removal. All services are performed by trained, background-checked employees. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any client at our discretion.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on information supplied by the client. The final price is the quoted price unless the scope of work materially differs from what was described (e.g., significantly more windows, hazardous conditions, or undisclosed access issues). We will inform you of any adjustment before proceeding. All prices are in USD and include labor, equipment, and standard supplies.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Scheduling: Confirmed upon our written or verbal confirmation of your booking request.
- Client cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Less than 24 hours may incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
- Our cancellations: We may reschedule due to unsafe weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances — with no additional charge to you.
- Recurring services: May be cancelled with 7 days' written notice.
5. Payment
- Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, check, all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
- Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee.
- For recurring services, payment is due within 3 days of each service date.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of the service date and we will return to re-clean unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge. The guarantee applies to the specific areas serviced and does not cover pre-existing conditions, third-party actions, or normal wear and tear.
7. Access & Property Conditions
- You agree to provide safe, clear access to all areas to be cleaned on the scheduled date.
- You are responsible for securing fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before our arrival.
- Please disclose any known hazards, fragile surfaces, or special conditions prior to service.
- We reserve the right to refuse work in unsafe conditions.
8. Liability
Kiwi Cleaning Company carries full general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement up to the total amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage not disclosed prior to service, indirect or consequential damages, or weather-related events. Damage claims must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion.
9. Non-Solicitation
You agree not to directly hire or engage, for a period of 12 months following your last service, any individual employee or contractor of Kiwi Cleaning Company who performed services at your property. Violation of this clause may result in a referral fee of $1,500 becoming payable to Kiwi Cleaning Company.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Diego County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
